With the support of Webs Training Ltd, a leading training provider based in Nottingham, FITA offers gold standard apprenticeship delivery for prospective employers and are the only not-for-profit training centre backed by two trade associations.

Apprentices work on developing new skills knowledge and behaviours with the support of their employers and spend up to 50 days learning at FITA over the course of their programme alongside working with their employer to build the necessary attributes a floorlayer needs to complete an apprenticeship.

Apprentices have access to the best materials, tools and resources courtesy of our fantastic sponsors, and this enable them to learn and develop their talents in an environment where they can concentrate and hone their skills before going back to their employer to build on those skills further in real site environments.

The Floorlaying apprenticeship has no age limit and employers may also be able to access additional grants for employing apprentices and they can even gain support in advertising, interviewing and recruiting apprentices too.
