Ensure the best foundation and learn the ‘must know’ basics of Marmoleum installation. Learn how to install sheet and tile correctly and profitably, using approved methods. Includes straight lay and welding.

• An introduction to British Standards BS 8203 (Resilient Floorcoverings)
• Recognition of subfloor types and how they affect installation
• Basic subfloor moisture testing and equipment
• Subfloor preparation options including fabricated underlays, DPM’s, primers, smoothing compounds and renovation systems
• Tools, equipment and PPE required
• The importance of correct material selection including subfloor, adhesive and finishing profiles
