• A deeper understanding of British Standards BS 8203 (Resilient Floorcoverings)
• The subfloor types and how they affect installation
• Different subfloor moisture testing equipment
• Subfloor preparation options including fabricated underlays, DPM’s, primers, smoothing compounds and renovation systems
• The tools, equipment and PPE required
• The importance of correct material selection including subfloor, flooring, adhesive and finishing profiles
• Detailed knowledge of LVT products, how they behave and their limitations
